Yamantaka

“Yama’s enemy,” also known as Yamāntaka, “Yama’s Killer” is a wrathful form of Mañjuśrī who, in red and black forms, is a prominent deity in both the Indian and Tibetan Buddhist tantric traditions. The term yamāri is also applied to other deities in Yamāntaka's maṇḍala, specifically to the manifestations of Yamāri associated with the afflictive emotions. 84.000 golssary
