The Zhitro Ngensong Jongwa or Purifying the Lower Realms: The Peaceful and Wrathful Deities is a treasure revealed by Jigme Lingpa that is part of the Longchen Nyingtik cycle.

From the tantra and sādhana sections, this practice belongs to the tantras and is considered the king among all practices. It is especially effective for repairing impairments and breakages and purifying thoughts and obscurations. It is the supreme method that liberates all sentient beings from the suffering of the lower realms and grants them the fortune of unsurpassed attainment.
